Edge Social Event: Golf Zone Trip 5.15

For our Edge May Social Event, we will be going to Golf Zone in Honey Brook on Friday evening, May 15th! Chris and Abby will be chaperoning the event. The cost of this experience is $35 (includes 2 rounds of Go-Kart Racing and 1 round of Mini Golf).
If you are in need of a scholarship, just let Chris know, and enter $0.00 on this page for payment. We are unable to bring in outside food to Golf Zone, so please have your middle schooler eat dinner before arriving.

Waiver Agreement

I give permission for Saint Peter Youth Ministry Staff to sign a waiver on behalf of my middle schooler for participation in the Go-Kart activities. I as a parent or legal guardian assume all risk and liability for my middle schooler's participation.
